Paul James Roarke Jr. is a retired United States Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant. Paul served as an active duty Marine for 28 years. Paul recently published a fitness book designed from his long experience in physical fitness training, titled "Corps Strength" Paul was born in Troy NY, and joined the Marine Corps in 1981. Paul presently lives in Pensacola, Fl with his wife Beverly, and his two sons Kyle and Branden. Paul presently works as a physical training, and leadership instructor at the International Training Center located on the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Fl.

Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. (born September 27, 1982), better known by his stage name Lil Wayne, is an American rapper. At the age of nine, Lil Wayne joined Cash Money Records as the youngest member of the label, and half of the duo, The B.G.'z, with B.G. In 1997. Lil Wayne gained most of his success with the group's major selling album Guerrilla Warfare, released in 1999. Also in 1999, Lil Wayne released his Platinum debut album Tha Block Is Hot, selling over one million copies in the U.S. Lil Wayne has four children Reginae, Dwayne III, Lennox , Samuel Ari and Neal.

Sociologists have identified several methods that individuals use in resolving role conflicts. Five of those methods are listed below. Read the examples of role conflicts below. Then (1) identify the roles that are in conflict and choose a method of resolution
Compromise - Finding a solution that meets the demands of both of the conflicting roles
Avoidance - Denying or dropping one of the roles in conflict.
Compartmentalization - Behaving in different ways in different situations.
Rationalization - Telling yourself that the conflict is not there, denying that it exists.
Prioritizing- Deciding which role expectation is the most important at the time and acting on it.
3. Mike Francis is a member of the Ballston Spa High School board, where his daughter Abby is a sophomore. Recently, the board determined that budget cuts are necessary. A committee studied the issue and has proposed that the art department be drastically reduced. Mikes agrees with the committee’s decision. However, he knows that Abby’s dreams of being accepted at the Art Institute will be shattered if the cuts are made. The board is asked to vote on the proposal.

4. Norm Lewis works for a WNYT’s public relations office that is under contract to manage the campaign of a mayoral candidate. Norm believes the candidate is dishonest and does not think she should be mayor. He believes that the candidate’s opponent is an honest person and would be a fine mayor.
